The Floresta & Carbono Communication Channel aims to facilitate dialogue between citizens and the company, so that the comments recorded here contribute to the continuous improvement of the services offered by socio-environmental projects. The Channel is responsible for receiving, examining and forwarding complaints, compliments and suggestions within the scope of Floresta & Carbono's activities.
